Ask the Angels for help with Abundance and Love....

I've come across a great little video about 10 minutes long that will help you manifest good things in your life. I bet most people would say, "I want more LOVE and ABUNDANCE in my life!"  Lisa Beachy is amazing at her guided meditations on youtube.com. I will share one at the bottom of this post. Her webpage is:  https://lisabeachy.com
Angels surround us all the time listening to our worries and prayers.  The angels want us to have Faith in God and the Universe that things will work out.  If you want to change what or who you attract, hold more positive, loving, and joyful thoughts.  It's called the Spiritual Law of Attraction. Visualize and affirm what you desire.  First you have to ask God and the Angels for what it is that you want.  Then believe that you can get it.  And soon you will receive what you want.  You must have faith and patience, but soon you will start to have the things you want and the happiness that this brings with it.
I absolutely love this meditation:

420 Angel Number

Angel Numbers are always a great way to connect with the Angels.  The Angels will magically catch your attention when they want you to see a number. Joanne Walmsley has created a Blog on Angel Numbers callled Sacred Scribes.  It's quite amazing how she has made it so you can type in a number you see. Then she has deciphered it in wonderful wording.  The number I see the most is 4:20 on the clock every day, but I see many more numbers on taxi's or on other things.  When ever I see 420 I am reminded of this: "Trust that you are safe, protected and surrounded by the angels, Ascended Masters and Archangels."

ANGEL NUMBER 420

Number 420 is a blend of the energies and attributes of number 4, number 2 and number 0.  Number 4 brings the vibrations of practical thinking, security and building solid foundations for ourselves and others, inner-wisdom and patience, application and productivity.  Number 4 also relates to our passions and what motivates and drives us in our lives, as well as the Archangels.  Number 2 carries the qualities of partnerships and relationships, duality, service and duty to others, balance and harmony, adaptability, diplomacy and co-operation, consideration and receptivity.  Number 2 also relates to serving your Divine life purpose and soul mission.  Number 0 is considered to represent the beginning of a spiritual journey and highlights the uncertainties that may entail.  It stands for potential and/or choice, and is to do with developing one’s spiritual aspects.  It suggests that you listen to your intuition and higher-self as this is where you will find all of your answers.  Number 0 resonates with eternity and infinity, oneness and wholeness, continuing cycles and flow, and the beginning point. Number 0 powerfully amplifies the energies of the numbers it
appears with.

Angel Number 420 is a message that you have opening your heart to wonderful possibilities and opportunities to do with your life purpose and soul mission.  You have a strong and clear connection with the angelic and spiritual realms and are receiving Divine guidance through your intuition, dreams and recurring thoughts.  Trust the messages and guidance from the angels and follow accordingly.

Angel Number 420 is a reminder to maintain faith and trust in the angels and the Universal Energies.  Your life purpose is an important one and you are prompted to put your efforts towards living and serving it to the full.  Trust that you are safe, protected and surrounded by the angels, Ascended Masters and Archangels.

Angel Number 420 also encourages you to pursue your ideal career and/or profession.  If you are intuitively prompted to begin or expand a spiritually-based career, practice or profession, the angels will assist with establishing the foundations that will lead to your desired results and ultimate success.  Working to serve others will manifest all that you want and need in your life.

Do not procrastinate about making your move and/or enjoying the fruits of your labor.

Number 420 relates to number 6 (4+2+0=6) and Angel Number 6.

Michael and a Prayer for Protection

Probably the best known and most powerful of all the Archangels is the Archangel Michael. He was also the first angel created by God, and his name means “Who is like God.” He is the leader of all the Archangels. A warrior who is often depicted carrying a sword to do battle with the forces of Satan, Michael’s domain is protection, courage, strength, truth, and integrity. Not only does he offer physical protection, he also protects us against psychic attack.

It is Michael’s task to rid the earth of fear. He can help you to be fearless, strong, and uncompromising when it comes to doing the right thing. Call upon the Archangel Michael when you feel you need protection. He can be very inspirational and is the perfect angel to contact when you are in doubt or nervous about something. When your motivation or sense of commitment are lagging, call on Michael to boost your strength and dedication. He can also help with your self-esteem and sense of personal worthiness.

It is Michael who can help us realize our life’s purpose. He stood beside Adam in the Garden of Eden to teach him farming and family values, and he spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai. He can be of immense help in your career, your ambitions, and your personal life's calling. He can literally help you fight the darkness in yourself as well as in the world around you. The energy associated with Michael is profound because it comes from the power of being aligned with all things "Good" and "Just."

Because of his bravery and help with heroic deeds, Michael is considered the patron of police offices. He’s also very helpful when mechanical or electrical devices malfunction, so call on him when you’re having car or computer trouble. He can also help vanquish nightmares.

Seeing clearly into our own hearts is an important task here on earth, and it’s Michael who can provide the openness and wisdom necessary for you to do that. He can help you be faithful to who you truly are and were meant to be.

A Prayer for Protection

I call on Michael to be with me now. Blessed Angel, please surround me with your loving goodness and fill my heart with the strength I need to make my life work. Please protect me from all negativity and shine a light on the path I need to follow. If I falter, please lift me up, and help me see the life I should be living. Thank you.

Raphael and a Prayer for Abundance

The Hebrew word rapha means doctor or healer, and the name Raphael means “Healing power of God.” He is healer of all humans and animals and the one to call upon when you’re ill, or when a loved one needs a healing.

It was Raphael who taught Tobias how to make balms and ointments from a fish when his father’s sight was failing and these remedies cured his blindness.

Raphael performs healing and acts as the patron of doctors and other medics endeavoring to do healing work. If you need help with your own medical career or in obtaining the funds to pay for your studies, Raphael can come to your aid.

It’s said he can find lost pets, reduce or eliminate cravings or addictions, aid in clairvoyance, and bring unity and a new found sense of spirituality to your life. Raphael can help you with anything in your life that feels out of balance, assisting you in getting back on the right course in order to reap rewards. He will guide you every step of the way in starting new adventures and new enterprises. He is always encouraging of growth and rebirth. Call upon Raphael to help you generate abundance and miracles in your life.

Known as the Patron of Travelers, he is there for those on the road who need protection, guidance, or assurance. Likewise he will shepherd your luggage safely to its assigned destination. In addition to physical journeys, call on him when you’re embarking on a spiritual journey and need a guide.

Renowned for his sense of humor, Raphael is sweet and loving and is often depicted chatting merrily with human beings.

A Prayer for Abundance

I call on Raphael to be with me now. Please surround me with your healing kindness and clear my heart of any negativity. Heal me of all darkness and open me up to your love and light. Please help me find my true path and the road to abundance. Let all good things flow through my life and let me share what I have with others. Thank you.

Zadkiel and a Prayer for Happiness

Zadkiel is known as the Archangel of freedom, and his name means “Righteousness of God.” He is the patron of all who forgive and thus benevolence and mercy are his areas. As you think about it, it makes sense. Nobody can truly be happy with anger and revenge in their hearts, and once forgiveness is offered, the heart can be cleared of that misery. Zadkiel's virtues include freedom, guidance, diplomacy, righteousness and spiritual development.

It’s said that it was Zadkiel who prevented Abraham from sacrificing his son, Isaac. Because of this, he’s often depicted holding a dagger.

He is one of the two standard bearers, along with Jophiel, who follow directly behind head Archangel Michael when he enters into battle.

He is associated with the color violet, a most spiritual hue. He’s also associated with the planet Jupiter, the planet of expansion and luck.

A Prayer for Happiness

I call on Zadkiel to be with me now. Please surround me with your loving mercy. Help me forgive those who have hurt me and please ask those whom I have hurt to forgive me in turn. When tempted to make a negative choice, please be with me and point me in a better direction. Clear my heart of all pain and suffering and open it to the joy that life can bring. Thank you.

Jophiel and a Prayer for Wisdom

Jophiel, whose name means “Beauty of God,” is the Archangel of art, beauty and Paradise. He is also known as the angel of art and beauty. His special gift is helping us appreciate the beauty all around us. He also can help us think beautiful thoughts.

Jophiel was present in the Garden of Eden and later watched over Noah’s sons.

He is the patron of artists and all those who appreciate the beauty surrounding us in the world. Most of us believe that creativity comes from within the person doing it, but in fact, it is a partnership. Divine inspiration always precedes creativity, and as the artist opens to the flash of inspiration, he or she uses personal talents to give substance to the divine vision. Jophiel brings inspiration and inspires us toward awareness, enlightenment, open mindedness and freedom of thought.

Jophiel is also the patron of interior designers. He helps create beauty wherever he goes. He also helps us see the beauty around us, whether in the physical world or in the hearts of those we know. Beauty is everywhere, if we’re open to seeing it, and it’s Jophiel’s task to help open us up to this miracle.

Through beauty, joy and laughter result, and Jophiel can be called upon when you’re harried and not willing to stop and smell the roses. He brings the light of vision and of joy.

Jophiel also works on a spiritual level to awaken our souls to the greater potentials of who we are and the infinite wonders that surround us.

A Prayer for Wisdom

I call on Jophiel to be with me now. Please surround me with your rainbow of inspiration. Let me see the colors of life and all the beauty that is everywhere. Please open my mind and my heart to inspiration, so that I can find the best path and take the best journey possible. Help me see life clearly, in all its details, and help me know how to handle wisely everything I see. Thank you.

Uriel and a Prayer for Success

It is Uriel who presides over fire, energy, passion and creativity. His name means “God is light.”

He might as well be considered the angel of intellect, because he is known for being wise and savvy and ever ready with creative insight, practical solutions, and intellectual information. Uriel rules over enlightenment and insight. Call on him to remind you of your true purpose, which is to connect to your inner Light. When you suddenly know something you didn’t know before, perhaps Uriel has whispered the answer in your ear. Very subtle, he doesn’t always require a lot of fanfare, but provides answers when they’re needed in a quiet and helpful way.

It was Uriel who warned Noah of the impending flood, helped the prophet Ezra to interpret mystics’ predictions about the coming of Jesus, and delivered the Cabal to humankind. He also brought the practice of Alchemy, which in fact has never worked, but on a spiritual level, it’s quite possible to turn dross into gold via a transformation that brings illumination and new wisdom.

Uriel is the Archangel who helps with natural disasters such as floods and fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, and tornadoes. He can both lead you to safe ground and aid in your post-disaster recovery.

When you need help with spiritual understanding or problem solving, call on Uriel. He also can assist with magic and writing.

A Prayer for Success

I call on Uriel to be with me now. Please surround me with your wisdom and enlighten me to everything I need to know. Help me see the barriers that prevent my success and aid me in easily moving them aside. Please open my heart to my true path so that I may walk on it happily and successfully. Thank you.

Gabriel and a Prayer for Luck

This angelic horn blower's name means “Strength of God.” Gabriel presides over water, emotion, psyche, and movement. Along with Michael, he is considered one of the two highest-ranking of all the Archangels.

Gabriel can be quite inspirational and he tends to nudge us all in beneficial directions. When you’re unsure of your own direction and need guidance or prophecies, call on Gabriel. When you’re contemplating a big change, Gabriel can provide the clarity of vision that you need. He is above all else, a messenger.

Gabriel brings news of happy tidings, like impending births, just as he did to the mothers of Jesus and John the Baptist, Mary and Elizabeth. For those who are yearning for a child, whether a natural one or an adopted one, Gabriel is the angel to call upon.

In his role as messenger, he is also a coach for those who are communicators, and he helps artists and writers overcome fear and procrastination.

Gabriel also acts as a healer in that he can help release the body’s toxins, the mind’s impure thoughts, or even the heart’s pain after a horrible ordeal. When you feel you’re under psychic attack from negative influence, call on Gabriel to vanquish them.

A Prayer for Luck

I call on Gabriel to be with me now. Please cleanse my heart and soul of all negativity and open me up to all good things. Where I have faltered in the past, please show me the way to stand in the right place for fortune to find me. Let me be positive in all things and in response, let all good things come to me. Thank you.

Chamuel and a Prayer for Love

Chamuel is the Archangel for pure love, not just romantic love, but the purest force within all of creation. His name means “He who sees God.” Chamuel is known as the most compassionate of all the angels. He embodies the great heart and love of the Divine Creator for all of mankind.

Chamuel can help in the search for a soulmate as well as with the desire to repair and heal any relationship in trouble. In any relationship, a secure foundation of devotion and affection is necessary and Chamuel helps us find the way to build that.

Whenever unhealthy relationship patterns are evident, such as jealousy, clinginess, or insecurity, Chamuel is the one to call upon for guidance and support.

If there are problems between a parent and child or of simple lack of self-love, Chamuel can light the way toward a healthier interaction. When someone has left your life through death, divorce, or separation, Chamuel can help ease the pain. He will stand by you in your time of need and help your heart to heal.

Negative emotions such as depression, hopelessness, or despair also fall to Chamuel to heal. When a broken heart dampens your days, reach out to this kindhearted, loving angel.

The most important thing to have in life is a loving spirit. The ability to feel love for all people and all creatures, even for plants, can help us all live better lives that enrich not only ourselves but all mankind. Call on Chamuel to help make this possible.

A Prayer for Love

I call on Chamuel to be with me now. Please fill my heart with love for all those around me, and for all those I’ve yet to meet. Let me appreciate the tender hearts within us all and open my own in the process. Let love flow through me like the blood in my veins, making life joyous and a true celebration. Thank you.

The 9 Orders of Angels....

There are many types of Angels.  All of which are important, but have different duties.  Many of us know mostly of Guardian Angels who are assigned to us.  There are also Archangels, but most people only think of the main ones: Archangel Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael.  Those two are the closest to us, but there are many more.  Below are the Ranks of Angels:

    The 9 Orders of Angels
    Bar

Angels are divided into definite ranks, each with seperate duties and honors. However, as with all aspects of angeology, what these exact ranks are depends largely on the scholar asked. Still, one of the most common listings of hierarchy used is the Pseduo-Dionysis. The listing comprises nine distinct orders of angels within three major headings known as Choirs. Despite the many listings available, most contain the same ranks and differ only in the order presented.
    Bar

    First Hierarchy (Choir)
Clustered around the central core of purity.

    SERAPHIM:
The uppermost section of the hierarchy, these are the angels closest to the throne of God. It is they who unceasingly chant the Trisagion, "Holy, holy, holy..." and encircle the throne, existing off the love emanated by God. It is this fiery love which gives them the term 'fiery serpents'. In this form of fiery serpents, it is said that the light they give off is so intense, that not even other divine beings may look upon them. There is said to be four of these angelic beings. They are listed as the four holy beasts in the book of Revelation and are also described as angels with four faces and six wings. Seraphim have six wings, two cover their faces, two cover their feet, and two are for flying. The only Bible reference is Isaiah 6:1-7. One of them touched Isaiah's lips with a live coal from the altar, cleansing him from sin.

    CHERUBIM (Cherub, singular for Cherubim):
Second to only the seraphim, the Cherubim hold the knowledge of God. It is also they who are often sent to earth with the greatest of tasks; the expulsion of Man from the Garden of Eden and the Annunciation of Christ were both performed by Cherubim. Spirits of the Harmonies. The guardians of the fixed stars, keepers of celestial records, bestowers of knowledge. Chief rulers are Ophaniel, Rikbiel, Zophiel, and, before his fall, Satan.

In the Cabala, Cherub is one of the angels of the air. In name as well as in concept, the Cherubim are Assyrian or Akkadian in origin. The work, in Akkadian, is karibu and means "one who prays" or "one who intercedes", although Dionysius declared the word to mean knowledge. In ancient Assyrian art, the Cherubim were pictured as huge, winged creatures with leonine or human faces, bodies of bulls or sphinxes, eagles, etc. They were usually placed at entrances to palaces or temples as guardian spirits. In early Canaanitish lore, the Cherubim were not conceived of as angels. [Cf. view of Theodorus, Bishop of Heracleaa, who declared, "these Cherubims not to be any Angelical powers, but rather some horrible visions of Beasts, which might terrify Adam from the entrance of paradise", from Salkeld, "A treatise of Angels". It was only later that the Cherubim began to be regarded as heavenly spirits. To Philo ("On the Cherubim") they symbolized God's highest and chiefest potencies, sovereignty, and goodness. They are the 1st angels to be mentioned (and to be construed as angels) in the Old Testament (Genesis 3:22). They guarded with flaming sword the Tree of Life and Eden, hence their designation as the "flame of whirling swords." In Exodus 25:18 we find 2 Cherubim "of gold," one on either side of the Ark (see picturization in Schaff, "A Dictionary of the Bible"). [Cf. "cherubim of glory shadowing the mercy seat" in Hebrews 9"5.] In Ezekiel (10:14) 4 Cherubim, each with 4 faces and 4 wings, appear at the river Chebar where the Hebrew prophet glimpses them. In I Kings 6:23, the 2 Cherubim in Solomon's temple are carved out of olive wood. In Rabbinic and occult lore, the Cherubim are prevailingly thought of as charioteers of God, bearer of His throne, and personifications of the winds. In Revelations (4:8) they are living creatures who render undeasing praise to their Maker. Here St. John refers to them as beasts (holy, divine beasts), 6-winged and "full of eyes within." John of Damascus in his "Exposition of the Orthodox Faith" also speaks of the Cherubim as "many-eyed". In Talmud the Cherubim are equated with the order Ophanim (wheels or chariots) or the order Hayyoth (holy beasts) and are said to reside in the 6th or 7th Heaven. In the Dionysian scheme, the Cherubim rank 2nd in the 9-choir hierarchy and ar guardians of the fiexed stars. Chief rulers, as listed in most occult works, include Ophaniel, Rikbiel, Cherubiel, Raphael, Gabriel, Sophiel, and--before his fall--Satan, who was, as Parente says in "The Angels", "the supreme angel in the choir of Cherubim." In the early traditions of Muslim lore it is claimed that the Cherubim were formed from the tears Michael shed over the sins of the faithful. [Rf. Hastings, "Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics" IV, 616, "Demons and Spirits (Muslim)."] In secular lore the Cherubim have been called "black cherubim" (Dante), "young-eyed cherubim" (Shakespeare), "helmed cherubim" (Milton). Blake describes Satan as the "covering cherub" and turns the Ezekiel vision of the 4 creatures into his own "Four Zoas". The latter sound the 4 trumpets heralding the apocalypse. As angels of light, glory, and keepers of the celestial records, the Cherubim excel in knowledge. [Rf. Lindsay, "Kerubim in Semitic Religion and Art."] The notion of winged, multiple-headed beasts serving as guardians of temples and palaces must have been general in many near-Eastern countries, for in addition to appearing in Assyryan-Chaldean-Babylonian art and writings (where the authors of Isaiah and Ezekiel doubtlessly first came upon them), they appear, as already noted, in Canaanitish lore (with which the Israelites were, of course, familiar, and which influenced or colored the accounts in Genesis and other Old Testament books). An ivory from the collection of king of Megiddo, circa 1200 B.C.E., reproduced on p. 45 of the "Westminster Historical Atlas to the Bible", showes a Canaanite ruler seated on a throne, "supported by winged lions with human heads." These, say the editors of the "Atlas", "are the imaginary, composite beings which the Israelites called cherubim." As winged beasts with human heads, 2 Cherubim are shown supporting the throne of Hiram, kind of anceint Byblos (see reproduction, p 132, vol. A-D of "interpreter's Dictionary of the Bible"). Among works of more modern times, Rubens' "Apotheosis of James I" (hanging in the banqueting hall of Whitehall in London and filling the long side panels) shows a precession of Cherubs.)

Contrary to paintings on greeting cards and new age book covers, the cherubim are not depicted as fat, winged babies. Instead they are described as sphinx like creatures in Assyrian lore, or the angels gracing the Ark of the Covenant and Solomon's temple in biblical terms. The Old Testament does not reveal any evidence that the Jews considered them as intercessors or helpers of God. They were closely linked in God's glory. They are manlike in appearance and double-winged and were guardians of God's glory. They symbolized then, God's power and mobility. In the New Testament, they are alluded to as celestial attendants in the Apocalypse (Rv 4-6). Catholic tradition describes them as angels who have an intimate knowledge of God and continually praise Him.

    THRONES:
Thrones are the Angels of pure Humility, Peace and Submisssion. They reside in the area of the cosmos where material form begins to take shape. The lower Choir of Angels need the Thrones to access God. Also known as the Ophanim, these angels serve the primary function of being God's chariot. But besides this, they are also noted as being the dispensers of God's judgment; acting with impartialness and humility to bring about the desires of the Lord. Having the most bizarre physical appearance of the celestial host, they are described a great wheels, covered with a great many eyes and glowing with light. One explanation given for this (besides them acting as God's chariot), is that they mark the end of the first Choir, where the emanations of God begin to take on more material forms and as such exist in a state of transition.

Spirits of Will. Bring God's justice to us. They are sometimes called wheels and in the Jewish Kabbalah, CHARIOTS or the MERKABAH. The occult book, the Zohar, ranks wheels above seraphim, but other sources place them as cherubim, the whole thing being confused. The ruling prince is Oriphiel or Zabkiel or Zaphiel.

    Bar

    Second Hierarchy (Choir)
An ultimate unification with "God the Source". All Orders within this Triad strive to balance or reconcile such opposites as good and bad, matter and spirit and higher and lower, thus risking corruption in doing so.

    DOMINIONS or DOMINATIONS:
Act as a sort of middle management between the upper choir and the lower, holding the task of regulating the duties of lower angels. They receive their orders from the seraphim and cherubim and are responsible for ensuring that the cosmos remains in order. It is only with extreme rarity that the dominations make themselves physically known to mortals, instead quietly concerning themselves with the details of existence. Spirits of Wisdom, through them is manifested the Majesty of God. They hold an orb or sceptre as an emblem of authority, and in Hebraic lore, the chief of this order is named Hashmal or Zadkiel.

    VIRTUES:
Given to two main tasks, the virtues not only are concerned with maintaining the aspects of the natural world, but also with bestowing blessings upon the material world as well. In their first task, they preside over the movements of the celestial bodies as well as events of weather including rain, snow, wind and the like. In the second, it is they who take the orders given to them and in turn convert them into miracles for God's favored. Variant names for them include the Malakim and the Tarshishim. Virtues are known as the Spirits of Motion and control the elements. They are sometimes referred to as "the shining ones." They govern all nature. They have control over seasons, stars, moon; even the sun is subject to their command. They are also in charge of miracles and provide courage, grace, and valor.

    POWERS:
Spirits of Form. Holding one of the most dangerous tasks, the powers are responsible for maintaining the border between Heaven and Earth. Acting as a sort of elite guard, they constantly watch for demonic attack, and are the major line of defense and battle during heavenly warfare. They are also tasked with guarding the celestial byways between the two realms and ensuring that souls which leave the mortal world reach heaven safely. Perhaps not surpassingly, given their proximity to the nether regions, there are more angels from the ranks of the powers listed as fallen than from any other member of the hierarchy. They stop the efforts of demons to overthrow the world, or else they preside over demons, or perhaps (according to St. Paul) they are themselves evil. Ertosi, Sammael, or Camael (depending on source) is chief of the Powers.

    Third Hierarchy (Choir)
Most exposed and vulnerable to any corrosion of flesh. Angels from these Orders are most well known to us simply because they are most like us.

    PRINCIPALITIES:
The head of the final choir, the principalities watch over the mortal world directly, guiding and protecting the earth's nations, cities and towns. Also, they are given to the protection of religion and of politics. As such, they are assumed to be given more freedom to act than the lesser angels below them and are responsible for carrying out divine acts concerning their area of jurisdiction. Finally, they are given to the task of managing the duties of the angels. Spirits of Personality or Time. Protectors of religion. Nisroc, in Milton, is "of principalities the prime," and others, according to various sources, are named Requel, Anael, and Cerviel.

In the New Testament Principalities refers to one type of spiritual (metaphysical) being which are now quite hostile to God and human beings. (Rom 8:38; 1 Cor 15:24; Eph 1:21; 3:10; 6:12; Col 1:16; 2:10, 15) Along with the principalities are the powers (Rom 8:38; 1 Cor 15:24; Eph 1:21; 1 Pt 3:22; 2 Thes 1:7); and cosmological powers (1 Cor 15:24; Eph 1:21; 3:10; Col 2:15);Dominions (Eph 1:21; Col 1:16) and thrones (Col1:16). The clarity of the New Testament witness helps see that these beings were created through Christ and for Him (Col 1:16). Given their hostility to God and humans due to sin, Christ's ultimate rule over them (ibid) expresses the reign of the Lord over all in the cosmos. This is the Lordship of Christ, which reveals God's tremendous salvation in conquering sin and death at the cross, and now takes place in the Church. (Eph 3:10)

    ARCHANGELS and ANGELS:
Guardians of people and all physical things.

    ARCHANGELS
    - Fire Spirits. Angels above the order of Angels. It also serves to designate a specific rank of angels in the angelic heirarchy. The term Archangels refers to the greater angels such as Michael and Gabriel, known also as chief princes. The order can also refer to the angels who stand at the throne of God, thus being the higher angel ranking.

While also listed as a way of defining an especially important angel, the term archangel is used here as the second to last rank in the celestial hierarchy. The confusion comes mainly from the ancient Hebraic way of defining angels which was simple angel and archangel. It was not until later that the hierarchy was defined, and many of the angels previous named as simply archangels were given new posts. Despite this, as a class the archangels are tasked with not only watching the duties of the angels, but also acting as the leaders in the divine army during battle.

Archangels are generally taken to mean "chief or leading angel" ( Jude 9; 1 Thes 4:16), they are the most frequently mentioned throughout the Bible. They may be of this or other hierarchies as St. Michael Archangel, who is a princely Seraph. The Archangels have a unique role as God's messenger to the people at critical times in history and salvation (Tb 12:6, 15; Jn 5:4; Rv 12:7-9) as in The Annunciation and Apocalypse. A feast day celebrating the Archangels Michael, Gabriel and Raphael is celebrated throughout the Church Sep 29. A special part of the Byzantine Liturgy invokes the "Cherubic Hymn" which celebrates these archangels and the guardian angels particularly. Of special significance is St. Michael as he has been invoked as patron and protector by the Church from the time of the Apostles. The Eastern Rite and many others place him over all the angels, as Prince of the Seraphim. He is described as the "chief of princes" and as the leader of the forces of heaven in their triumph over Satan and his followers. The angel Gabriel first appeared in the Old Testament in the prophesies of Daniel, he announced the prophecy of 70 weeks (Dn 9:21-27). He appeared to Zechariah to announce the birth of St. John the Baptist (Lk 1:11). It was also Gabriel which proclaimed the Annunciation of Mary to be the mother of our Lord and Saviour. (Lk 1:26) The angel Raphael first appeared in the book of Tobit (Tobias)Tb 3:25, 5:5-28, 6-12). He announces "I am the Angel Raphael, one of the seven who stand before the throne of God." (Tb 12:15)

    ANGELS
    - Sons of life or of twilight. A rank which intermediates between God and Man. Angels are closest to earth and earthly matters, whereas the archangels have more to do with the heavenly realm. Both orders are very similar and they often cross in their duties with each other.

The least (if one could say that about any angelic being) in the hierarchy, angels are given to two major tasks. First, they are responsible for watching over the affairs of mortals in a more direct manner than the principalities. Instead of watching entire nations, angels watch over households and individual souls, guiding them subtlety and keeping them safe from demonic attack. Also, they are the carriers of God's word to mankind, acting as messengers and couriers to both God and the upper ranks of angelkind as well. In Hebrew, they are called mal'akh, meaning "messenger", in Persian the word is angaros or "courier".

When you are Reaching Spiritual Enlightenment...

I found the video below randomly on Youtube.  It's about the different signs people go through when they are reaching a more spiritual phase in their lives.  Some of the things in the video I've definitely gone through myself.  Like in the beginning when it talks about feeling a sensation on top of your head when your Crown Charkra opens up.  I've always thought that was an Angel putting a hand on top of my head and giving me some peace and love.  It talks about the fact that we aren't alone at the end.   I think that's a common feeling with everyone at some point in their lives.  You can have great family and friends, but still feel alone. We must remember that God loves us and he wants us to be happy.  I get that message from my Guardian Angel a lot.  All of us have Angels and Spirit Guides around us.  We are all assigned a Guardian Angel by God. The Spirit Guides pick us.  Spirit Guides can be loved ones that have passed over, even animals that have passed on, and other powerful Spirits that could have even stayed with you through past lives.  If you ever feel alone and the tears are rolling down your cheeks, remember that you can always pray to God to send Angels to you.  Angels will come and surround you with love.  And even if you don't hear them, feel them, or see them.  They are there and they want to help you through tough times on Earth.

December 2012 Angel Card Reading

I decided to do a Card Reading on what the Angels want us to know for the month of December.  I used Doreen Virtue's Healing with the Angels Oracle Cards.
The first card that I pulled was: Signs. The Card Meaning:  "Pay careful attention to the messages the Angels give you now.  You have asked for a sign, and they deliver it.  Notice and Trust these signs!"
The Angels are all around us whether we see them or not.  They leave us little signs that they are there if you notice them.  God has sent us all a Guardian Angel to watch over us and protect us.  There are little miracles performed every day by the Angels around us.
The Second card I pulled was: Truth & Integrity.  The Card Meaning: "Believe in yourself, and have faith that God and the Angels are with you. Ask them to help you lose fears that block you from enjoying full faith."
This is a powerful card in the sense that many people are afraid of the unknown and this card is saying have Faith.  This is hard for a lot of people to do.  Many people don't believe in things they don't fully understand. Angels are real and they surround us with love.
The Third Card I pulled was: Meditation.  The Card Meaning:  "Meditation is very important for you right now.  Enjoy practicing it often."
When you don't have a million things running through your head take some time to sit in quiet.  Everyone needs a place of solitude once in a while. You can gain some peace by praying or meditating.
The Fourth Card I pulled was: Music.  The Card Meaning: "The Angels guide you to immerse yourself in Beautiful music. Music lifts your spirit above Earthbound concerns and elevates your thoughts to Divine Love."
Music can be healing in a lot of ways either by hearing or playing it.  The Angels sing and play instruments and they want us to rejoice in music as well.
The Fifth Card I pulled was: New Beginnings.  The Card Meaning: "A clean slate is presented to you as you now encounter fresh opportunities and novel experiences."
Our life is forever changing and evolving.  Doors are opening and closing all the time.  We have to accept the new changes in our life even if they are scary.  We must have Faith in God that he sent Angels to help us on this journey on Earth.
The Sixth Card I pulled was: Manifestation.  The Card Meaning: "You have manifested new opportunities and abundance. Know that you can experience these gifts right now."
The Angels want to bring us peace, security  and happiness. Abundance can come in many forms and it can arrive in unexpected ways.  You can manifest things to come your way/   Remember that you a worth having good things in life.
The Seventh Card I pulled was: Balance.  The Card Meaning: "Has your schedule been lopsided lately? Be sure to balance your work, play, spirituality, exercise, and relationships."
Finding Balance in your life can be hard when there is a lot to do. If you are overwhelmed by your duties ask God and the Angels to help you.

Angel Card Reading for October 2012

I have put together Angel Card Reading for the Month of October 2012.  This is what the Angels want us to know for this month.  The Angels told me to take 6 Cards from the Daily Guidance from the Angels Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue. I found it to be very inspirational and I hope all of you take something from this message.  The First Card was: Ask.  We all need to ask God for Guidance and help with situations in our lives.  The Second Card was: Release and Surrender. We all need to release our fears and problems to God and the Angels.  We all want to solve problems on our own, but praying to God can help this process go faster.  The Third Card was: There is Nothing to Worry About.  We all need to know that God and the Angels keep us Safe in many times of trouble.  We must only infuse loving thoughts and emotions into the situations in our lives.  We must keep the Negative thoughts out and stop worrying about what is to come.  Pray to God if you have something you are worried about.  The Fourth Card was: Blessing in Disguise.  We must trust in God that we have his protection with the Angels and that he will answer our prayers in the best way.  Sometimes things seem out of order and we don't understand why certain things happen.  Once things resolve themselves we tend to see the whole picture and why things happened the way they did.  God works in mysterious ways and sometimes what we think is a bad thing opens more doors to better things.  The Fifth Card was:  Acceptance.  Everyone should accept God in their lives.  Having that Faith in a higher power helps us through many obstacles in life on this Earth.  God loves all of us and sends his Angels to protect us.  We also must accept and love ourselves and see that we can reach a high potential in life.  The Sixth Card was: Child.  For those of you that have Children to take care of this card means that you need to give love, affection, and attention to the Children around you.  Sometimes it's hard to find the time to give them your full attention.  This card can also mean that we all have an inner child that needs attention as well.  We need to nurture the person within ourselves.  Which means love yourself and know that God loves you more than you know.
